If you wish to make comments on a specific agenda item before the meeting, please submit your comment via email by 5:00 pm on the day prior to the Board meeting. Every effort will be made to read your comment into the record by the GM, but comments longer than 250 words may not be read due to time limitations. All comments will be made a part of the record. Please make sure to submit a separate email for each item that you wish to comment on.
